About Us
Arkansas Anti-Aging & Aesthetics was founded by and is under the direct supervision of Dr. Constance J. Crisp, M.D. Dr. Crisp is a member in good standing of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and is currently completing a Fellowship Program in Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine. She attended medical school and completed residency training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She has been a practicing physician in the Little Rock area for 5 years and has now turned her attention toward development in this exciting area of aesthetic medicine. She believes that how people feel about their looks affects how they feel about themselves on a fundamental level. One of the most common concerns she hears from patients is that they feel young on the inside and they want their outward appearance to reflect that feeling.
Dr. Constance J. Crisp, M.D. attends conferences at the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine one to two times per year to stay abreast of new developments. Additionally, she has completed numerous accredited, hands-on training courses in aesthetic lasers, laser safety, Botox administration and techniques on the use of facial fillers. She is continually seeking ways to improve and perfect the skills she has acquired.
All consultations and treatments at Arkansas Anti-Aging & Aesthetics are performed by fully trained and licensed medical professionals.

Arkansas Anti Aging and Aesthetics is also pleased to have Julie Bird and Cindy Turnbo on staff. Both are Registered Nurses and have a combined nursing experience of more than 22 years.

Directions
From I-430 take the Rodney Parham exit.
Turn west onto Rodney Parham Road and head toward Shorty Small’s.
Turn left onto Shackleford (the stoplight just past K-Mart)
Go one block down Shackleford and turn right onto Arcade Drive.
The Audi Dealership is on the left and Arkansas Anti-Aging & Aesthetics is in the small building just past it and also on the left.
Look for the Butterfly Logo on our sign. Parking is in front.
